Tehnical Fundamentals

Our experienced coaches will take you through the fundamentals of the various tennis strokes in an easy to understand way, so you walk away with improved technique

Cardio Workout

30 minutes of cardio based drills in each session

Match Play Tactics

Each session will have a primary tactical focus, helping you to practice skills you can transfer to a match environment

Suitable for everyone

Grouped based on playing experience, drills and activities will be relevant to your own stage

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is previous tennis experience required?

    Our adult tennis clinics are suitable for everyone, regardless of previous tennis experience. 


    We group participants based on previous experience and tailor the sessions accordingly. 

  • What to bring?

    • Wear running shoes and comfortable sports clothing
    • Bring a drink bottle
    • Tennis racquet (if you have one - or you can borrow one)

  • What happens if it rains?

    Depending on how much rain there is, and the forecast we may modify activities, but still continue with the clinic. 


    However, in some cases, the courts will be too wet, and if the forecast is continued heavy rain we may have to cancel/reschedule the day. We would decide this on a case-by-case/day-by-day basis.
